Laughter Yoga makes one feel better, anytime and anywhere one chooses to try it by releasing brain chemicals associated with well being, and the energy and creativity arising. Using easy child like exercises, ideas and eye contact with fellow laughers, laughter yoga starts intentional laughter that stimulates spontaneous laughs. It is fun, healthy and invigorating.

Jim Gordon is a certified laughter yoga teacher, having completed training under the auspices of Laughter Yoga International (www.laughteryoga.org) He has led laughter sessions for groups ranging from the YMCA to staff of Hospice Inc, and at private parties and business events. . He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Aging and Social Works and is enrolled for his Master's degree in Gerontology at the University of Massachusetts.

Zumba is a dance fitness class that incorporates easy to follow dance steps with traditional cardio movements. Take a trip around the world as you move to the rhythms of salsa, merengue, samba, flamenco and more! Tone and tighten your entire body. Zumba is an exciting and effective exercise program that is good for the mind, body, and soul! This class is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels.

Experience a whole new way to exercise integrating Stretching, Yoga, Tai Chi, Aerobics, Group and Pair workout into one short time frame with the goals of building the mind/body connection, moving the Chi energy and creating muscular endurance. It is the key that unlocks intuitive movement in the body. Smart Bells are sculptural weights that both conform to the body and remain balanced in the circular movements of the Smart Bells® Routines. Smart Bells® are ideal for everyone regardless of age, size or fitness levels. because they are fun to use, relatively light in weight; promote flexibility, range of motion, strength, vitality and zest for life! Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Smart Bells will be provided for workshop use.

Ujjala is a Master SmartBells Instructor with many years of experience. She has been an instructor at every east coast SmartBells Instructor Training Program and calls SmartBells, "A key that unlocks intuitive movement in the body." She views SmartBells as an artistic tool for anyone and can also be used to promote healing.

Chelsea is the owner of Body Be Well Pilates, with locations in Red Hook and Catskill NY. After many years of dancing, she started suffering from back and hip problems. When she was introduced to pilates, Chelsea was instantly hooked!

Pilates is designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and posture by incorporating floor based movements that stimulate the deep “core” muscles of your hips, abdomen, lower back and spine. The yoga-inspired focus on breath simultaneously improves mental clarity, making pilates a complete workout for your mind and body.

Chelsea’s approach to teaching is practical, hands on, and intensive, but always accompanied by a bit of humor to keep it light! Chelsea is passionate about sharing pilates and strives to teach concepts as opposed to just teaching exercises. She inspires her clients to take what they learn in their sessions and apply it to their every day lives.

But Ready to Pop isn’t just about the dancing. Each class is infused with helpful pregnancy tips and quiet meditation to really connect each woman to her body and her baby. The workout is designed with a woman's body in mind, supporting her during pregnancy, and helping her to achieve a healthy balance after her baby arrives.

Ready to Pop! Dance Fitness was created by Nacia Walsh, a birth doula, mom of 3 and Dance Theater of Harlem trained dancer. Her passion for women’s health is beautifully married with her desire to stay fit in a class that doesn't feel like a workout.
