Probiotics are one of the most studied and beneficial natural products available.  Unfortunately, it's where an unregulated industry really shows its colors.  We'll help attendees answer crucial questions like: "Do I need probiotics?", "Is there even anything in my probiotic?", "Are there food sources of probiotics?", and "What do I need to know about probiotics to make the best choices?"
