Reducing Stress, Feeling Wonderful with Qigong
Presented by Cassia Berman

Cassia will introduce the simple principles of Qigong, which align, balance and relax the body, enabling us to use the body the way it was designed to move. At the same time, she will have people relaxing, focusing on points in their bodies, and beginning to practice Qigong. She will show simple ways of reducing tension, healing oneself, and creating peace and happiness in the mind. Participants will go home with easy, basic Qigong practices they can use in their daily lives.

Diana will demonstrate how to hula hoop for fun and fitness using adult size weighted hoops. Fun and easy to use, she will show you how to strengthen the core, tone and sculpt major muscles while experiencing a fun aerobic workout with BodyHoops. Big celebrities like Marisa Tomei, and Michelle Obama are hooping for health, come check out what all the hoopla is about with BodyHoops!
