- 1 Cup Wild Hive Farm Polenta
- 3.5 Cups Water (add 2-4oz. more if you prefer it looser)
- 4oz. Sprout Creek Farm Ouray Cheese, shred as garnish
- 2 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil or local butter
- 1 Teaspoon sea salt
To Prepare: Combine all ingredients into saucepan except cheese, Soak 1-12 hours.Â Bring to a boil while stirring, reduce heat to a simmer and cover.Â Slow cook 20 minutes, stirring 2-3 times.Â Garnish with Ouray and enjoy with a friend.
