Dr. Arliss graduated from Columbia University Medical School and completed his hand surgery fellowship at NYU. He currently practices at Medical Associates of the Hudson Valley in Kingston, New York and performs surgery at Health Alliance of Hudson Valley Hospitals (HAHV) as well as the Kingston Ambulatory Surgical Center.
Elizabeth Minei Costley

Dr. Elizabeth Minei Costley is a Board Certified Family Medicine physician. Dr. Costley graduated from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at DUKE Family Medicine Residency in Fayetteville, North Carolina. After graduating residency, Dr. Costley was Director of Medical Education at Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown, New York and started a residency program in Family Medicine while working there. For fifteen years, Dr. Costley has been living in Kingston, New York and works in Saugerties at Bridge Street Family Medicine and also cares for her patients at both Kingston and Benedictine hospitals.
Brian Binetti, MD

Dr. Binetti, who previously practiced at Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinebeck, specializes in laparoscopic surgeries of the esophagus and abdomen, including hernia repair and treatment of severe reflux disease. He also specializes in bariatric surgery.
Dr. Binetti completed a minimally invasive surgery fellowship at Albany Medical Center after finishing his residency at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ. He earned his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Great River, NY. He currently practices at Albany Medical Center's Kingston and Rhinebeck locations.
Jonathan Clyman, PhD, CGC

Board certified Genetic Counselor
Dr. Clyman has provided genetic counseling in a variety of settings, including pediatrics and neurogenetics. For the last nine years he has focused on the oncology field, specializing on familial cancer risk assessment and evaluation for genetic and genomic testing. In addition, he has been involved in the training of family practice residents and physicians in clinical genetics. He has given many public presentations on cancer genetics and recently served on a task force developing physician recommendation for patient colorectal cancer screening.
Dr. Clyman is a board-certified genetic counselor at Midhudson Regional Hospital with 15 years of clinical genetics experience. Prior to training as a genetic counselor at Brandeis University, including an internship at the Dana-Farber Cancer Center in Boston, he received his PhD in molecular biology from the State University at Albany and performed post-graduate research in genetics for seven years, including five at the New York State Department of Health in Albany.
Dr. Kenneth Kircher, DO, FAOCD

Dr. Kircher received his medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1997. He served as Chief Resident and earned board certification in the Field of Dermatology in 2003. As a longtime resident of the Kingston area, Dr. Kircher has been recognized as an outstanding teacher, lecturer and clinician.

Dr. Lader is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Critical Care Medicine. He is currently in private practice at Mid Valley Cardiology in Kingston, New York.
