- 2 C dried mango
- 3 ripe peaches or 1 banana, or 1 bag frozen unsweetened peaches
- 2 T organic, UNREFINED coconut oil
- 1 T vanilla
- Pinch salt
- Coconut milk to drizzle on top (optional)
Cut dried mango into pieces with kitchen scissors, and soak in just enough fresh warm water to cover until soft (15 min)
Cut peaches or 1 banana into small pieces for blending
In a food processor or blender, blend the softened mango and some of its soaking water with the cut peaches/banana, vanilla and coconut and blend all until super creamy.
Doing this in batches make it easier for your blender and makes it smooth..
Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top and enjoy completely!
