Randall Rissman, MD, Board Certified Family Medicine

Dr. Rissman founded Woodstock’s Maverick Family Health Center in 1982 and is currently its co-director. He is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Rissman completed his residency in Family Practice at Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington, NJ. He earned his medical degree from the University of Iowa College of Medicine in 1977. Among his professional associations, Dr. Rissman is a member of the American Academy on Communication in Healthcare and was a founder of the Hudson Valley Chapter of Physicians for Social Responsibility. He is past Chairman, Department of Family Medicine at Kingston Hospital and Benedictine Hospital/Health Alliance of the Hudson Valley. He is the recipient of the St. Benedict award for compassionate service to the community.

Dr. Zoe Weinstein is a Board Certified General Surgeon; Director of the Fern Feldman Anolick Breast Center at the Health Alliance of the Hudson Valley, Mary’s Avenue Campus, in Kingston, NY. She specializes in minimally invasive breast biopsies and all aspects of breast cancer surgery here in the Hudson Valley.
Dr. Barbara Chatr-aryamontr, MD, Board Certified Family and Sleep Medicine

Barbara Chatr-aryamontri, MD is Board Certified in Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine, currently practicing at Medical Associates of the Hudson Valley. She specializes in the treatment of sleep disorders and lung diseases such as COPD and asthma. Dr. Chatr-aryamontri is the Medical Director of the Northern Dutchess Hospital Sleep Center and the Health Alliance Sleep Center.
Dr. Chatr-aryamontri completed her residency training in Internal Medicine at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York and her Pulmonary/Critical Care and Sleep Medicine fellowship programs at New York University Medical Center in New York.
Aarathi Nagaraja, MD, Board Certified Infectious Disease

Aarathi Nagaraja, MD is Board Certified in Infectious Diseases and Internal Medicine, currently practicing at Medical Associates of the Hudson Valley. She is an Infectious Disease Consultant at Health Alliance (Kingston and Benedictine Hospitals), Northern Dutchess, St. Francis Hospitals, and Vassar Brother's Medical Center.
Dr. Nagaraja received her medical training at Ramachandra Medicall College, India. She completed her residency at Coney Island Hospital, Brooklyn NY and her Infectious Disease fellowship at New York Medical College and Westchester Medical Center, Valhalla NY. Dr. Nagaraja was also an Assistant Professor in the Infectious Disease Department at New York Medical College and physician in the AIDS Care Clinic.
Dr. Kenneth Kircher, DO, FAOCD Fellow of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology

Dr. Kircher received his medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1997. He served as Chief Resident and earned board certification in the Field of Dermatology in 2003. As a longtime resident of the Kingston area, Dr. Kircher has been recognized as an outstanding teacher, lecturer and clinician.
Sabrina Stent, NP-C, Cardiology

Nurse Practitioner Sabrina Stent has spent many years in the cardiology and intensive care fields after earning her Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY Binghamton and her Master of Science in Nursing from Mount Saint Mary College. Prior to joining Health Quest Medical Practice, she has worked in a variety of clinical settings including a hospital critical care unit and in the outpatient setting with a private practice specializing in cardiology. Stent completed clinical internships that including a urgent care facility, homeless shelter, community health center and a nursing care and rehabilitation facility.
